1. I have a sleep number bed at home, it is difficult for me to quickly adjust to any bed.

6. When arriving at the hotel, be mindful that Bourbon Street is cordoned off in the evenings, which can make it difficult to approach for the first time considering that there are numerous one way streets that prevent easy navigation around the closed off Bourbon street.

8. A rude, difficult woman who became aggitated and surley when we apparently asked too many questions like, 'what's a good ghost tour?' and 'who makes the best mufalettas?' Yes, the front desk person is ALSO the concierge, kind of low rent I thought.
