1. Rooms were very clean and all 10 couples of us staying at the htoel during Jazz Festival 2012 were VERY happy and had no complaints.

2. My list of minor complaints: tube TV instead of flat screen, no directory of hotel services in the room, no outlets available on/near the desk for camera and cellphone chargers, etc.

7. When we told them that we was not there they still accused us when the noise was coming from another room, which we made no complaint because they was just enjoying them self.
