6. While trying to enjoy our VERY expensive bfast, we had to ask family members to run <litteraly> back to hotel to remove suitcases from rooms and then leave Brennan's a second time during our VERY expensive bfast to remove the vehicle from the valet.

7. Also, the front desk, Rick, tried to swindle me out of more money by saying he could put me in a more expensive room (he only 'had one available') and said I could call the next day to beg the company for part of a refund after he charged my credit card double the price of my booking.
