2. We did have to wait a little while for our car, as many people were checking out at the same time, but that wasn't a problem for us, as we were not in a particular hurry; if you will be in a hurry, you might wish to check out early to avoid the rush.

3. Also right across the street is a 'German-style' restaurant (avoid at all costs) which might be one of the worst restaurants, both service and food, in New Orleans.

4. During the day it's not an issue; at night it just means traveling for a block or two surrounded by the worst the Quarter can offer- walk a block down to Royal, though, and you avoid all of it.
