3. All of the hotels are centrally located in the Quarter and the Prince Conti is one half block off Bourbon and is reasonably well isolated from the noise.

4. No courtyard, no pool, no free breakfast, location is good for bourbon and royal streets, parking is $28 per night, walls are very thin and subject to noise, we like St Marie better which is owned by same group which has courtyard, pool, and free breakfast for low price.

10. Though my family always stayed at the old Downtowner (now the Inn on Bourbon by Ramada) at Bourbon and Toulouse, I have found a new oasis in a city of fun yet chaotic noise and commotion, and it's half a block from Bourbon Street.
