1. This makes for a very busy lobby, pool, front desk and elevator (everyone was complaining about the wait for elevators + they were uncomfortably crowded when they finally arrived).

4. I called downstairs and asked them to turn it down because with the humidity it was uncomfortable and they told me that the fitness center AC was out and they had problems all week and it was still not fixed so I would have to live with it.

5. We spoke as well the only crew member serving at the 'lobby of the desperado's breakfast' and they shared our frustration and told us that they told the F&B Manager so many times that guests felt uncomfortable with that solution, but he simply ignored them.
