2. The bell staff had great control over the cab drivers and expertly and carefully packed our bags in the trunk of the cab and stated clearly and loudly in front of the cab driver how much the metered fare should cost to the port.

7. Also why does the Exec lounge have to be kept so cold, have such loud air con and has no rest room facilities? I checked out of room at 12pm but husband at work until 5pm and flight not until 7pm so went I to the exec lounge to wait.
