1. I was here for an Medicare Supplement insurance conference for 3 days and had no complaints whatsoever.

4. I read many complaints regarding the internet charges I asked front desk manager and he gave me the internet complimentary I think it was a nice gesture plus of course I was paying for the upgrade.

7. In terms of your complaints the only one that I would look at from management as an complaint would be the coffee but as you had exec lounge access and the option to go by the lobby bar it is not a MAJOR complaint for you to rank the property that low.
