1. One frustrating event with the staff happened: The night we got there, our flight had been delayed so we didn't end up getting to the hotel under about 10pm.

7. We spoke as well the only crew member serving at the 'lobby of the desperado's breakfast' and they shared our frustration and told us that they told the F&B Manager so many times that guests felt uncomfortable with that solution, but he simply ignored them.
