1. The only problems I found was there was no mini fridge in the room so some of the snacks we brought ended up going to waste.

4. Only downside is having to use elevators to get from street level to lobby - normally this wouldn't be a problem, but there were vast numbers of people all doing this at the same time (due to an event) and we waited a while, with no stairs available as a back up option to waiting.

5. Another five minute wait, and Kenneth came out and apologized, but told me that he could not give me a key for that other room (602) because there was a problem with the key machine making an electronic key for that room.
