1. Our only issues were: 1) When we arrived, there were a couple of people in the regular check-in line but no one in the Hilton Honors line.

5. Breakfast in the morning was stellar; we were seated without issue and the buffet was more of a proper full buffet and less of the typical continental breakfast with a single toaster type.

7. Our friends had other 2 rooms which had pretty much the same housekeeping issues: weird smell from the closet, rooms hadnt been properly vacuum cleaned, etc.

8. Now would you have kindly asked front office if they could issue you a key I am sure they would have but if you do not the front office person might have thought of it.

10. One or two issues during our stay included :-Housekeeping - at least 2 days out of the 5 our room was not made up and we had to chase housekeeping.
