1. The hotel staff were not very friendly and not helpful at all, seemed they were sick of tourists, perhaps they are in the wrong vocation.

3. The only thing wrong that we can tell you is that the room itself has a lot of humidity in it and as a result the bedsheets were a little damp, but it didn't stop us from having a good night sleep.

8. my wife and i had booked the heartbreak hotel for our holiday 2 graceland abd after reading the reviews i was a bit worried about the hotel but after staying there i now know what a load of rubbish they are the hotel was great so clean and staff very helpfull had plenty 2 eat for breakfast abd gift shop was very well laid out as well plenty of gift sgops round about and places 2 eat and the bus tour into memphis was really well done as well the driver told lots of interasting things and showed plenty of sights also graceland its self was great loved every min of it also i would like 2 thank chris who told me about the hotel and she was right it was a very good hotel so do not worry about it as the reviews i read were so wrong and my wife and i will deff stay there agin when we do go back.

What a huge let down - the hotel was dated, there was one elevator which was not easy to find and took FOREVER, the bar was a joke, the restaurant was almost embarrassing, the hotel staff behind the front desk gave us the wrong information a number of times (including opening times for a museum that they gave us tickets to), the shuttle service was 2 hours late picking us up and there were no apologies and definitely no refund.
