1. As a tour guide, I naturally had a large group with me, NONE of them had any major issues, minor issues were solved quickly by the great hotel staff, the night manager is the best.

4. Not really an issue but if you know no better, you kind of expect Elvis Presley Blvd to be beautiful and tree lined, especially with the regular tourist pilgramage that occurs there.

We stayed for 3nights and all the staff were very friendly and helpful, we had a small issue with our room key not working the 2nd night we were there, we told the maid who happpened to be on our floor at the time she called down to the front desk and within minutes a nice lady came up to give us a new key and said she was very sorry for our inconvinience.

10. We did spend a few days in downtown Memphis - but as it was only $20 or so for a taxi for the 4 of us the cost was not an issue.
