3. Checking in was a bit slow but said we had been upgraded to a larger room which was good but on arriving at our room found that someone was using the room.

4. We were situated on the 3rd floor and waited for ages for the only elevator and when it did arrive I held my breath expecting we were going to get stuck in there - it was old, slow and noisy.
