1. The front desk employees were very helpful and pleasant - especially Jo :) - the room was clean and large - we stayed in a king bed - didn't mind the A/C noise - kept the room cool - 2 TVs, one in each of the two rooms, fridge, microwave and coffee maker.

2. The bathroom was clean however the light turned on the built in fan in there and made a lot of noise, and the room showed slight viewing of damp.
