1. attitude of staff poor compared to 4 years ago.

2. The breakfasts were ok but nothing special and like the previous review on the early day of departure no breakfast was available which was poor, we did ask for a packed breakfast for our journey but was told not available.

3. I took my wife to Graceland for the 2012 birthday celebrations as one of her Christmas presents, and although we both enjoyed the Graceland Experience, we were shocked at the poor quality of the hotel and its front desk staff.
