The room itself was pokey and dark, and
shabby
- rusting door hinges, flakey paint, fixtures coming off in the bathrooms etc - and the walls are paper thin.

There was no comarison, the rooms at heartbreak were
shabby
, the staff so unfriendly, the bar area drab and the room where you have breakfast miserable, overall verdict - save yourself a lot of money and stay elsewhere.

Check in was fine and the lobby looked nice, but when we turned the corner and walked to the lift the hotel just looked
shabby
from there on.
