1. Valet is fine - he wasn't out there when I arrived and so I waited, unsure of where you were actually supposed to pull up to for 5-10 minutes.

3. We stayed at the Elan for one night on the 29th August and although we had read the reviews which were positive for some reason we didnt no what to expect and a bit unsure.
