1. The rooms are clean and well kept but very small , there is a communal microwave downstairs that was dirty .

I liked the hotel's dedication to conserving and recycling, and there is a polite notice in bathrooms asking guests to leave their recyclables out to staff to take away, but I did not feel comfortable with leaving out all my dirty rubbish in the room, I would have rather had a separate bin to store it in.

7. I wouldn`t say they were dirty, but they were definately worn (although I will say the cloth headboard was dirty--)The mini-fridge was a nice touch as well as the breakfast each morning.
