1. Only drawback is the lack of seating during breakfast.

Other pluses:Nightly wine reception with cheese and fruitDecent breakfast spread every morning, with fruit, bagels, pastries, cereal, yogurt, juices and coffee (coffee could be a bit stronger, though)Free wireless internet in-room and in the lobby (which in itself is a $10-15 value compared to other hotels)One minus (though you can't blame them for the size of the property) is lack of a pool.
