1. Our room was clean, nice and comfortable with everything you want and a small balcony looking over the street, and there was no noise problem from the street.

6. Ok so they are, but unless it's more than 2 people staying over well I just don't see the problem.

7. We had 2 bookings for 3 and 4 days with a break in between but on checking-in I asked if these bookings could be changed as circumstances had changed and we wanted to stay for 7 nights straight, this was not a problem and we were given the same parking package we had booked some 8 months prior.

8. CONS: 1) if you are staying there for an extended period of time, you may want a kitchenette which this hotel does not offer; 2) the wifi wasn't always the best and neither was cell service, but it's free, so can't complain; 3) we had some slight problems w/ our bathtub drain backing up and the keys were tempermental - sometimes they worked, sometimes they didn't, so we went through lots of keys.

9. Even when we did experience problems, they took them seriously, were prompt in trying to fix them, but offered for us to switch rooms (which we did) and still comped us 1 night.

10. ; 8) there is a refrigerator in the room as well as a microwave to reheat any leftovers 9) free wifi - which was great for my husband since he worked from the hotel while I was back and forth to the hospital; 10) we had a slight problem w/ our room and needed to switch after a day or 2.
