Only thing that surprised me was that the room was
pretty small
(but that may be typical in LA?) and the way ours was located, we could see through the next room's sliding doors if curtains weren't drawn.

The room was really tiny and the bathroom was
pretty small
too with virtually no counter space so I had to put all of our toiletries and my makeup on the desk outside of the bathroom.
