3. Staff all from the Ukraine Bulgaria Poland you get the picture engliz not so good dont bother asking for anything they wont do anything // o I booked the wrong package same price no breakfast as the package with breakfast my mistake but nope booked online at hyatt.

We called to cancel our stay, as wee needed to attend to our business and could not go and we were very concerned about the conditions and lack of power and gas for a trip to Key West, but were told by the Hyatt organization (located in Illinois) that it is beautiful there and nothing is wrong in Key West.
