1. If you book a reservation with the Hyatt on its website and cancel outside of 72 hours, expect to pay a penalty for a room that you will not use and they will probably sell to another occupant.

3. We asked to check out early, they said there would be an early check out penalty(besides during spring break its not easy to get another hotel)We asked for some sort of discount, but were turned down.
