At checkout, I asked about them not charging me the $10 parking fee (a total of $30) because of the inconvenience of the

There is only one elevator per building and the one for building 2 was
broken
the entire time we were there.

I told him that I used my key card and I got in fine, but he insisted that the lock could be
broken
into unless he replaced it.
"Avoid this place. Go to the Westin.... "
