1. The Hyatt is a four minute walk from Duvall Street but traffic here is very light so you get the best having Duvall close by without the noise, hustle and bustle.

9. I often heard kids running around making noises, and i heard a few times kids screaming there heads off, I checked out the door and no one was drowning in the pool.
