1. Downside was very small beach access & pool, the beach access & water had to be shared with boats and scooters - a really busy and disturbing element.

3. 8) Key West is a drinking town, so two nights in a row we`ve had drunk disturbances (screaming, shouting at 2am) when I`ve had to call front desk to get security.

4. However, I`m disturbed that a confirmation apparently means nothing, and that Hyatt has done NOTHING to explain how this could happen or do anything to try to make the situation better.
