4. When we explained this to her on the front desk (a german member of staff) she basically ignored our complaint and brushed over it and showed a complete lack of interest.

10. the only complaint I have is the remodeling going on, but the noise is kept to a minimum and they don't work at night so it's really not too much of a bother.
