1. However there was a very rude member of staff who worked on the front desk, we had trouble as our room backed onto the side of the homeless beach which had a large police pressence.

5. Also, a very rude young lady at the desk, who should seek employment in another field - I think collections would suit her better - told us that because we booked our trip through a 'discounter' (which is apparently the new name for 'travel agent') they could not compensate us.

7. The pool is a bit crowded, (not the hotel`s fault, people lay their towels out and never use the chairs, it`s due to rude and inconsiderate guests) they also have a wonderful sun deck on the water that is just a nice and sunny all day long.
