1. I'm very disappointed in the Hyatt.

2. We were very impressed with the Hyatt - comfortable accommodations, nice pool & Jacuzzi - the "beach" was disappointing as you could not sun on the beach - WAY too small - BUT you could swim in the gulf if you chose.
