6. The only little complaint was I brought a laptop - unfortunately not wireless and had to use the dial up connection - racked up a $900 phone bill - at check out the gentleman did credit me $767 but still stuck with $133.

7. unfortunately there is no access to the beach from the hotel, but the hotel is well located near the historic marine district, duval street and most of the tours.

8. unfortunately for us, no one mentioned when I made the reservation that there was going to be harbour dredging for the whole time we were there.

9. unfortunately, on the last day of our stay, we saw 2 large cruise ships completely block a large part of the view and I think one of them did stay overnight, so be warned.

10. As this was a cheap holiday we looked for a cheap Bed and Breakfast but unfortunately, or very fortunately for us we found the Ocean View Resort.
