1. Minor negative points are the few people who 'reserve' their chairs early in the morning (which is rude and annoying, and the staff isn't doing much about it), and the fact that in the afternoon it tends to get taken over by kids.

2. First of all the staff are polite and helpful in the extreme, if you are from the UK and used to rude and unhelpful service this takes time to get used to, in that you do wonder how genuine the staff are, the simple fact is they are genuinely nice.

4. We did eat at Conch Republic (not good), Michaels (wonderful) and A&B Lobster which was very good if not for the rude attitude of the staff.
