1. There was one cruise ship on Tuesday morning which did limit the view and really flood the town with fanny-pack wearing tourists - I would call and see when cruise ships come in to try and avoid those days as much as possible.

4. Needless to say we had to call the desk who politely informed us that they 'try' to avoid any inconveniece to the guests but (then shrugging his shoulders as if to say hey stuff happens) it can't be avoided.

7. It`s close to all the cool stuff to do, restaurants, right on the piers and docks, but just enough away from the street to avoid most of the noise from the continuous party that Key West seems to be.
