3. There was construction on our floor (the resort made us fully aware of this before check in)but it was no big deal because we were out during the day and they kept to the construction time frames (I think it was 9am-5pm).

4. Yes, the elevator was somewhat hot, but big deal, you can deal with it for 30 seconds or take the stairs.
