1. One minor negative is that the elevators were not air conditioned.

2. Minor negative points are the few people who 'reserve' their chairs early in the morning (which is rude and annoying, and the staff isn't doing much about it), and the fact that in the afternoon it tends to get taken over by kids.

3. If I had to be pushed for negative points or improvement oppotunities I would suggest upgrading the old tube TV's to some nice new flatscreens (not that we ever watched it.

9. Only negatives were elevators as someone else mentioned, problem with shower which was fixed pronto, but all incoveniences did not detract from the relaxing experience.
