1. sadly, the first impression of this incredibly expensive hotel continued,throughout our stay which is that the hotel is mostly staffed by young college students who have no real idea how to treat their guests and that it plays on the fact that it's in a fantastic location for Key West.

2. sadly in need of updating, especially bathrooms (Think early 80`s Holiday Inn motiff) Booked one of the most expensive (and supposedly best) suites in the hotel .
