1. There are no exhaust fans in the bathrooms, so mold and mildew are a constant problem, along with peeling paint and wallpaper.

5. Next to this after having problems opening my door for the 8th time (so everytime you go up, doesn't open, go down again to reception to get a new keycard) it didn't open at all anymore.

6. We told the front desk agent upon check out about the door problem and that we were very disappointed.

7. Had problems with the shower & moved to second room where there was nothing but sheets on the bed and third room was the charm but Tom the front desk attendent was very helpful & made sure that we were taken care of.

10. We called the person that was left in charge, he came to see what the problem was, was explained to him, and my husband demanded to see the manager; no one ever came up to see what the problem was.
