1. However, as soon as we handed over identification, the clerk complained of 'computer issues' and told us the room requested wasn't available and the ONLY available room was a single with a king bed we could share.

3. With regard that our experience may have been an "out of the ordinary" I would suggest this hotel, great location, great Front Desk and would suggest this property as above average if Housekeeping issues were removed.
