1. I heard no complaints about anything once we got there.

3. In the morning I made an official complaint to the manager, however, only thing she said was -ohhh, did you have breakfast - we offer you one for free- I just want a clean and well maintained room.

5. It's too bad that they will probably have to hear complaints from hotel guests like me who are accostomed to the Hilton brand having higher facility standards.

6. The only complaint, and it is indicative of how excellent the stay was, is the coffee at breakfast in the restaurant (and not the complimentary urn for self service) was the second worse coffee I have had.
