aspect is that the engineers (and even hotel management) react to situations, but don't seem to feel that this is a major problem.

As a frequent traveler, I'm used to having inconsistent, uncomfortable and awkward charges, but the ones at this hotel are some of the
worst
I've seen, as has been reflected in other comments.

This time the drinks were outrageous in the bar, service was slow (had to ask for a waitress), room service took 1 1/2 hours and the
