1. BIGGEST problem - and this has happened more than once: driving in and self-parking = DISASTER.

2. My only problem was that there was a mistake with housekeeping and I didn't get my room cleaned until the 4th time I called down to the front desk which was around 4:00 pm.

9. I did not encounter any issues or problems and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Houston for a convention (especially if at this hotel) or for work.

10. The only thing that I had a problem with were the really super soft pillows, the wifi connectivity wasn't working wihch is crucial for me to do work in the room.
