Did anyone let them know we were coming?My premium corner king room was expensive and had some technical problems like a deadbolt that was jammed-on so that you had to hold it shut each time with your fingers while closing the door and a sink drain that was lacking the pieces necessary to open, but then again, the conference was just downstairs.
