If that was the case, the
worst
rooms are still excellent and I'd love to see the better ones: ours was spacious, had a decent view of surrounding towers, and was not at all noisy despite being fairly near the elevators.

Booked a low rate on Priceline and based on other reviews I expected that we'd be shunted into the
worst
rooms available.

worst
back ache I have had in my life.

But the
worst
experience was in the concierge lounge where the staff did not keep the tables clean, even if an attempt to clean was made, breakfast items not stocked including running out of coffee in all dispensers plus always having multiple staff members in the lounge talking to the lounge attendant and keeping him from doing his job.
"Likely my last stay at this hotel "

The
worst
, is to watch the prostitutes ply their trade in the hotel lobby and bar, who are clearly known to staff (hugs, hand slaps, etc) harassing customers 'hey you want some fun' doesn't ring well.
"It's not just the hookers, it's the tired, smelly rooms "

Quiet, attractive rooms and friendly staff (except the concierge was one of the
worst
I've used and I always use them).
