1. The problem with this property is that there seems to lack a management inspection program in place to ensure the top-notch 'Hilton' experience is maintained.

8. When we arrived and they checked our reservation (made via priceline) the front desk said that they were out of rooms with single king beds - but that it shouldn't be a problem because 'a queen is large enough, anyways.

9. I will say that things were pretty clean and when we had problems (housekeeping didn't provide new hair care stuff for 2 days, for example) the front desk people were very nice.
