4. unfortunately our room, #601, seemed to have a direct connection to some kind of machinery- perhaps the elevator mechanism?- that made a bit of noise.

9. I requested the same room we stayed the previous year, unfortunally the hotel didn`t find the old reservation but after I arrived and explained where I had stayed, the staff made some great arrangements.
