1. The Hotel restaurant is really bad though, I would only recommend eating breakfast there, since you will have many other options around (and way way better).

2. As we walk from the parking garage we find ourselves wondering just how bad does the carpet have to get to warrant replacement, does it have to have holes in it? The housekeeping standards are pretty much non-existent as well.

8. There was a pool but it wasn't heated, so you can't use it in the cold months - again, not necessarily bad, but definitely not 4-star.

9. The television did not fit the picture on the screen (it was the outdated box-type) and was scratched and in poor condition - I don't think this is necessarily bad, just not 4-star quality.
