4. The television did not fit the picture on the screen (it was the outdated box-type) and was scratched and in poor condition - I don't think this is necessarily bad, just not 4-star quality.

5. The hotel tries to make money by making the guest pay for everything which considered free at other place including internet, additional labor fee for bring food to the room (beside the food cost and tips), poor quality of foods (its expensive chicken wings were worse than fast food wings), etc.

7. The hotel moved us to the Marriott West Loop, I called the manager at the Hilton to express how poor the rooms were at the Marriott.
