1. However, I was a little disappointed in the layout of the bathroom - somehow, the bath and WC had been tucked in a tiny corner next to the closet; the lighting was also somewhat too dim.

5. While the rooms are generously sized and have private, albeit tiny, balconies, when you compare it to the dozens of newer, and similarly priced properties in a 10 block radius, you`re better off looking elsewhere, and you`ll probably get more for your money.
