1. A side note is that we had some pretty rude people while we were waiting to talk to the front desk when we needed something.

9. The stay was great, however there was a convention at the hotel that weekend, the guest at the convention were extremely rude and inconsiderate.

10. Though the reservation staff prior to arriving was rude and unaccommodating, once we got there staff was friendly and helpful except for valet that instructed us to park in a tow away zone.
