2. Theatre district)Cons: lackluster staff quality (characteristic of a chain hotel), particularly in the restaurant (Voice); small square footage for 'Superior King' room; weak to unusable water pressure at lavatory (had to use the bathtub for washing hands); loud air conditioner; substandard ventilation in bathroom; one small and another smaller elevator, both slow; in room TV was 19' tube, substandard for a hotel of this quality; street noise audible at night; internet service - both wired and wireless, were so slow that they were useless; $28 for valet parking a bit muchSummary: A beautiful, potentially 'must-stay' facility that needs upgrading, a higher level of service staff, and further conveniences for both leisure and business travelers.
